Broadband Diagnostics
When your connection keeps failing or is very slow it can be very difficult to get the help you need from your broadband provider. This is especially true with some of the lower grade, and highly failure prone, suppliers such as TalkTalk, Orange etc. They will blame your computer, your cables, the phases of the moon anything in fact that means they don't have to spend money making things work properly.
We can undertake a series of very thorough tests and leave you with a report that you can send to your broadband provider and/or BT if the problem is 'their end'.
The tests use our own modem/routers, cables, filters, laptops and by, connecting directly to your master socket, we can identify if the problem is your end or their end. This can save you getting billed by BT for being called out only to find that the problem is your side of the master socket.

Keep a written list of all your passwords and logins somewhere safe. If your computer needs to be wiped and re-installed it's normally possible to recover your files but not necessarily all those passwords.
This can save you time, money and avoid stress!
