Call-outs. We try to get to everyone as quickly as possible and are normally there within 24 hours.
Once onsite we can establish if the problem can be fixed in a reasonable call-out time or would be better done in the workshop and returned to you when sorted.
New computer?
Call us now and we can deal with setting up, transferring all your files and settings and then making the old hard drive absolutely secure in order to prevent data theft.
Especially in the case of severe virus/malware attacks machines can run very, very slowly and backing up your important files can take a long time. For us to do this in our workshop, normally overnight, saves time and money. In many cases though we are able to resolve the issue on our first visit.
A description of the problem over the phone normally provides us with enough information for us to make a quick assessment.
If you do suspect a virus/malware attack then it is important to disconnect your machine from the Internet. If you are unsure how to do this then just call and we will talk you through this.
For any type of problem just call to discuss it and we'll advise, don't worry, you won't get flooded with geek talk. We've been in business long enough to have come out the other end!
Memory upgrades...quick and simple!
The Stable Door.
Make a copy of all your program disks, including your Windows install disk and put them away somewhere safe. CDs and DVDs are not as indestructable as they claim and can be scuppered from a scratch or two.
This can save you time, money and avoid stress!
